![]() ![]() In 108 cases, attempts at revascularization were initially refused because revascularization deemed not immediately necessary in 41, missing consent to any intervention in 14, local disease considered to be inaccessible for both surgery and PTA in 39, or only for PTA whilst unfit for surgery in 6, or prevalent comorbidities in 8. Treatment decisions on the remaining 400 limbs are summarized in Fig 1.
